At MaxAquatic, we take great care in packing every order to ensure the safe arrival of our aquatic friends. We want you to have the best experience possible, and we stand behind the quality of our livestock.
If, unfortunately, any of the livestock in your order arrives deceased, we offer a guarantee to make it right. With our guarantee, you have three options to choose from: a refund, replacement, or credit towards your next order.
If the package is exposed to extreme temperatures for any length of time after delivery, the livestock's health may suffer. So, we kindly ask that you promptly inspect your order upon arrival to ensure the health and well-being of your aquatic creatures.
Claim Process: Within one hour of delivery, take a photo of the deceased fish or shrimp in the sealed bag and email the photo to Max@MaxAquatic.com. It is important to follow the claim process within the specified timeframe. Claims made after the one-hour window may not be eligible for consideration.
Please note that our guarantee does not apply to extras. If your purchase includes extras, such as a 10+2 offer, the extras (+) are not eligible for refund, replacement, or credit. However, the main livestock in your order are still covered by our guarantee.
Reshipping is available at the cost to the customer.
