Shipping policy

To ensure the safest journey for our aquatic livestock we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We fast all our fish for 24 hours before they are shipped, so it may take up to 2 of our shipping days to fullfill your order. With orders that include fish we only offer 2-day or overnight shipping with UPS. Before placing your order, please make sure to read our 100% Arrive Alive Guarantee.
